6 WAYS TO WAKE UP EARLY WITHOUT FEELING TIRED
Whenever the concept of sleep is discussed, there is common perception that we should rest for between six and eight hours every single night. While this is a long-standing belief, however, more recent studies have suggested that this is a generic assertion that has little foundation in fact.
More specifically, the Surrey Sleep Research Centre in the UK are now claiming that it is the quality of sleep that is important rather than the quantity. Moreover, the optimal amount of sleep will vary for each individual, with the average length of time between five and nine hours in total.

7 EFFECTIVE WAYS TO KICK YOUR BELLY FAT AWAY
Look, I know
that the title almost sounds too good to be true, as you’ll find a huge number
of similar tips online. However, I’m not here to give you unrealistic
expectations and sell you my special brand of fat-destroying snake oil, nor am
I here to hold your hand and tell you that you should ease into it slowly. I’m
a guy that’s been very skinny, bulky, fairly fat and eventually nice and
proportional for my height and skeletal structure, so I tend to be a realist.
I’ve also
had a number of friends who struggled with weight, and some of them managed to
shed anywhere between 45 and 65 pounds, and none of us did it using a dramatically
different method than the rest. In fact, all our lifestyle changes were fairly
similar, and there was one constant – we all ate healthier foods, consumed less
calories overall and trained our butts off.
You have to
commit to a radically different lifestyle and have some patience, as belly fat
is the last to go for a vast majority of people, and you can’t “target” it. All
you can do is follow a few effective guidelines and wait for your body fat
percentage to drop low enough for your body to finally start to let go of those
last reserves of belly fat.

IF YOU WANT TO EAT HEALTHIER, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THIS 7-STEP PLAN
Mention healthy eating and there are images of green concoctions and complex recipes swirling in your head. It doesn’t have to be so hard and dull. Let’s break down the simplicity of achieving the balanced diet you want and need.
1. Clean out your kitchen cupboards
That stash of candy and bag of chips have to go. Anything with more than three artificial ingredients, heavily processed foods, anything that contains high amounts of sugar or sodium should be thrown out. Say goodbye to microwavable and packaged meals. Once you’re done cleaning your fridge and emptying your cupboard, check your pockets and bags. Perhaps there are snacks and candy, hidden or forgotten, that need be to chucked as well. Out of sight, out of mouth.Choosing stems from having options so put yourself in the clear to ensure you’re making smarter choices.
2. Buy a water filter or a portable container

BABY CRYING ? 20 STRATEGIES FOR SOOTHING YOUR COLICKY BABY
Parenting, mercy, what a challenge! Do you have a newborn baby? Will the baby crying ever stop? If that baby doesn’t stop crying, I don’t know what I’m going to do!!!!
What is colic and what does a colicky baby do? According to the Mayo Clinic, “Colic is a frustrating condition marked by predictable periods of significant distress in an otherwise well-fed, healthy baby. Babies with colic often cry more than three hours a day, three days a week, for three weeks or longer.” If you don’t get it, please practice some empathy with that new mummy and daddy because this precious newborn is still just as “perfect” as yours. As one of my favourite people has said, “there are no perfect parents, and you’re not going to be the first.”
The Mayo Clinic tells us that there is no way to soothe your colicky baby. Well, doctors don’t know everything. They still don’t know what causes colic. Perhaps it’s less about soothing your baby and more about making you stronger. Let’s find out!
P.S. Dearest new mummy, according to kidshealth.org, 40% of newborns are colicky babies. So guess what? You’re not alone. All that baby crying will stop. That’s wonderful news! Reach out to another mummy to talk to about it because odds are she’s managing the stress too. Now, not only are you humble enough to seek comfort, you’re also a leader. You rock!
